Procedures

Decision Making: Consensus.

Effective meeting: Specific scheduled time meetings on google calendar, take notes of what we have to complete. Meet online or in person. Prepare meeting agendas beforehand.

Communication: created group chat so we can communicate asynchronously at any time. Can meet on weekends as well.
